| ¡Overseas activities in JIKEI EAST |
The Jikei Group East has three types of international education: an overseas training trip, a short-term training program and a study abroad program.
The overseas trip is organized for all the
students in the school group. Previously, it was designed only
for observation, but now it is becoming focused more and more
on practical experience with local educational institutions
every year.
The short-term training program involves training
in an overseas company for about one month as students. This
training is conducted by the Marine Department and the Child
Welfare Department of Tokyo College of Sports and Recreation.
The study abroad program involves studying
at The University of West Florida after graduation from the
schools in Japan. About 10 students have studied abroad so far.
